Went down to Orchard Road for a little street photog. Actually, it's my first time - to really spend hours along the street and look out for anything that comes. Street photographers really need to have that guts - to snap whatever that captures their attention. Sadly, or-not-so-sadly because it's my first attempt, I didn't manage to shoot everything I wanted to shoot, simply because of my shyness. Nevertheless, I can only get better.
I saw this man with his huge tripod and videocamera. I stood beside him and snap! I think this is a pretty interesting shot to start off.
I saw this lady walking towards me with her distinctive jacket. Didn't have the guts to take her front view, so I took it from the back. Turned out to be pretty eye-catching, except it's over-blown.
The reflection on the pillar and the barricade seem to portray a sense of solitude from the crowd.
This young boy taking a rest from skating.
Not a good exposure nor sharpness, but somehow a worthy composition.
I like how I can imagine "Hey, let's take a look at your future school!" from this shot.
And this is my keeper.
Just keep shooting.
